Grind Size: Medium Fine
Water: 230ml at 90-94° C
Brew Time: 2 min
Instruction
Grind the coffee into a medium fine grind size
Rinse the filter paper and Aeropress
Adjust the plunger below #4
Pour 50ml water for blooming
After 30 secs pour 180ml of water and fasten the filter cup
After 20-30 sec, flip the Aeropress and gently press the plunger
Pour a cup, sit back and enjoy!
Tips
If the coffee is too bitter, reduce your extraction time and adjust your grind size to be coarser.
